Any points conflicting with the general rules are overwritten by the season's rules.

1.     Organizer

  1. The league is organized by Simrace.pl.
  2. The organizer uses the Assetto Corsa Competizione server to conduct the races and relies on this software for running sessions. In particular, this applies to: determining track cuts, checking speed in Pit Lane, DT and Stop and Go penalties, session results, vehicle grid placement etc.
  3. The organizer is not responsible for any errors in the game or a possible disconnection of the user from the session, as well as the unavailability of the lobby servers.
  4. The organizer is a non-profit organization, or rather a group of enthusiasts who devote their time, and often money, to ensure that the website works efficiently, and the races and streams are at a high level.
  5. The donations are allocated to the maintenance of servers, and any surplus - if any - will be used for rewards.
  6. Any comments regarding a given league should be reported on the forum in the appropriate thread or the appropriate Discord channel.

 2.     Participation

  1. Anyone with experience in online racing can join the league.
  2. Participation in the league is free and donations are voluntary.
  3. By registering to the website and/or to the league, you consent to the processing of data in order to run the league and user statistics.
  4. To participate in the race, the following conditions must be met:
  • a Safety Rating in ACC of at least 70 (SA)
  • 3 track medals for the current round
  • 10 clean laps done on the pre-qualifying server
  • your presence confirmed on the website for the current event

     5. Players with 150ms + ping or unstable internet connection can be removed from the game server.

3.     Race calendar

  1. The race calendar is published on the website.

 4.     Cars

  1. The cars from the GT3 class are available to pick, excluding the various cup cars.
  2. The entire season will use the Open Cup BOP (default multiplayer BOP).
  3. The selected car is valid for the entire racing season.
  4. The car can be changed on the website until the end of pre-qualifying to R1.
  5. If the user has not participated in the previous rounds, he may report to the organizer to change the car no later than one day before the end of pre-qualifying for the current round.

 5.     Teams

  1. The team may consist of up to 2 drivers.
  2. Team members must drive the same car.
  3. It is recommended that cars run a similar livery and differ only in the side number.

 6.     Pre-qualifying

  1. Before each racing round, the organizer will provide a pre-qualifying server, where each driver wishing to take part in the race is required to make a certain number of correct laps.
  2. The correct laps are saved to the database for each driver and for each car. The pre-qualifying results page shows the competitor's average time of 5 best laps and the number of laps for the selected car. If the car is changed on the website, the results for the newly selected car will be displayed after refreshing.
  3. Out laps, in laps and those where the server reported off-track are not valid and not saved in the database.
  4. Laps made before the start and after the end of pre-qualifying dates are not included in the results.
  5. The entry list for a given round is created automatically from the results of the pre-qualifying, based on the pre-qualifying time, the number of laps and presence status. It is the responsibility of the competitor to meet the qualification conditions for the round and any requests to be added to the list will be rejected.
  6. If the number of drivers will be above the limit of server capacity an additional start list will be created and the second server will be deployed. The organizer reserves the right to increase the capacity limit on the server if the additional entry list does not exceed 10 items.
  7. In case of a shortage of drivers in one of the classes, the list will be completed with drivers of a different class up to the capacity limit on the server.

7.     Racing weekend

     1. Free practice

  • The practice session starts approximately one hour before the race, according to the time indicated on the website for the session.
  • This session is to test connectivity and track conditions. It is recommended that the player connects to the server during the training session in order to avoid any interruption for other drivers during the qualifying session.
  • The organizer reserves the right to restart the server during the training session if there is a configuration error or the competitor reports an error, no later than 15 minutes before the end of the session.
  • The organizer does not guarantee that the problem will be solved if it occurs for reasons beyond the control (e.g. game bug, problem with the lobby server) or is reported at the last minute

     2. Qualifications

  • The qualifying session duration is set to 15 minutes. A lap started before 15 minutes has elapsed may be completed by the driver.
  • An outlap during the qualifying session has to be taken with proper following distance to the preceding car. The distance should be sufficient so that both drivers can make the qualify lap without disturbing each other.
  • Using the "return to garage" option is allowed when in the pits and on the track. The driver can join the session again with respect to other drivers.
  • Overtaking during qualifying is only allowed if the driver ahead makes a mistake or is much slower. If the driver's pace is similar, and you catch up with him when cornering, it means that you have not enough space. Give it up and give yourself and him the opportunity to do a good qualifying lap. Overtaking during qualifying, especially on the out lap, where the competitor in front leaves the space or hindering others from driving may result in a penalty in accordance with the penalty table.

    3. Race

  • The start of the race is preceded by a full forming lap according to the widget in the game.
  • Drivers are to perform at least one pit stop during the race, with the tire change being mandatory.
  • The use of the "return to garage" option and re-entry to the track is allowed. The game imposes a time penalty (controls locked) so that there is no possibility of any gains by doing so.
  • Race start is preceded with full formation lap. The competitor is obliged to maintain the position behind the preceding car in one or two lines according to the widget in the game until green flag will announce the start of the race.

8.     Scoring

  1. For each race, the driver receives an appropriate number of points depending on the position at the finish line. Results will be published on the website.
  2. Additional 2 points receives the driver who won Qualifying and starts from Pole Position.
  3. Additional 2 points receives the driver with best lap in race, when he/she will finish in top ten.
  4. In order to be classified in race and receive points, the driver must complete at least 80% of the laps made by the leader.

  4. In special cases the judges may impose other penalties upon the drivers, such as a time penalty or disqualification.
  5. Penalty points are deducted from a player's score for a specific round.
  6. The driver who, despite qualifying and marking his presence, will not show up for the race will receive 5 penalty points. In justified cases, if the driver informs the organizer about the reason for the absence, the judges may refrain from imposing the penalty.

  2. Driver's weakest round will be excluded from results.
  3. The same rules apply to the team classification.

12.  Other
