    3. The organizer is not responsible for any errors in the game or a possible disconnection of the user from the session, as well as the unavailability of the lobby servers.
    4. The organizer is a non-profit organization, or rather a group of enthusiasts who devote their time, and often money, to ensure that the website works efficiently, and the races and streams are at a high level.
    5. The donations in the event are allocated towards the charity - Fundacja Bojkot.
    6. Any comments regarding a given league or an event should be reported on the forum in the appropriate thread or the appropriate Discord channel.

  4. Cars
    1. There is only one car available for the whole season: Emil Frey Jaguar G3.
  5. Teams
    1. The team may consist of up to 2 drivers.
    2. It is recommended that cars have the same livery and differ only in the side number.
  6. Pre-qualifying
    1. Before the event, the organizer will provide a pre-qualification server, where each driver wishing to take part in the race is required to make a certain number of correct laps.
    2. The correct laps are saved to the database for each driver and for each car. The pre-qualifying results page shows the competitor's average time of 5 best laps and the number of laps for the selected car. If the car is changed on the website, the results for the newly selected car will be displayed after refreshing.
    3. Out laps, in laps and those where the server reported off-track are not valid and not saved in the database.
    4. Laps made before the start and after the end of pre-qualification dates are not included in the results.
    5. The entry list for a given round is created automatically from the results of the pre-qualification, based on the best lap, the number of laps and presence status. It is the responsibility of the competitor to meet the qualification conditions for the round and any requests to be added to the list will be rejected.
    6. If the number of drivers will be above the limit of server capacity an additional entry list will be created and the second server will be deployed. The organizer reserves the right to increase the capacity limit on the server if the additional entry list does not exceed 10 items.
  7. Racing weekend
    1. Free practice
      1. The practice session starts approximately one hour before the qualifying, according to the time indicated on the website for the session.
      2. This session is to test connectivity and track conditions. It is recommended that the player connects to the server during the training session in order to avoid any interruption for other drivers during the qualifying session.
      3. The organizer reserves the right to restart the server during the training session if there is a configuration error or the competitor reports an error, no later than 15 minutes before the end of the session.
      4. The organizer does not guarantee that the problem will be solved if it occurs for reasons beyond the control (e.g. game bug, problem with the lobby server) or is reported at the last minute.
    2. Qualifying
      1. The qualifying session duration is 15 minutes. A lap started before 15 minutes has elapsed may be completed by the driver.
      2. Departure for the qualifying session takes place with the space to the preceding car. The distance shall be such that both drivers can make the qualifying lap without disturbing each other.
      3. Using the "return to garage" option is allowed when in the pits and on the track. The driver can join the track again with respect to other drivers.
      4. Overtaking during qualifying is only allowed if the driver ahead makes a mistake or is much slower. If the preceeding driver's pace is similar, and you catch up with him when cornering, it means that you have not enough space. Give it up and give yourself and him the opportunity to do a good qualifying lap. Overtaking during qualifying, especially on the out lap, where the competitor in front leaves the space or hindering others from driving may result in a penalty in accordance with the penalty table.
    3. Race
      1. The start of the race is preceded by a full forming lap according to the widget in the game.
      2. Pit stop is allowed but not required during the race (no mandatory tire changes or refueling).

    4. Pit entry/Pit exit
      1. Driver entering/exiting the pits is obliged not to cross the white line. Drivers that are on the racetrack are also obliged no to cross  the white line when there is a car leaving the pit lane.
      2. Depending on the session within the race weekend, drivers need to draw special attention:
        1. Training and Qualifying - the driver leaving the pits needs to give way to the driver that is on a fast lap. He needs to manage his speed when leaving the pits as to not interfere and especially not to cause a collision with the car that is on a racetrack and on a flying lap. Hindering such driver by a car leaving the pits may result in a penalty.
        2. Race - the driver leaving the pits has the right of way and he does not need to yield to other drivers, except when he is being lapped (not applicable to different class of cars). Driver that sees the car leaving the pits must leave space for the car entering the racetrack as to not cause a collision.
  8. Scoring
    1. For each race, the driver receives an appropriate number of points depending on the position at the finish line. Results will be published on the website.
    2. Additional 2 points receives the driver with best lap in race, when he/she will finish in top ten.
    3. In order to be classified in race and receive points, the driver must complete at least 80% of the laps made by the leader.
  9. Incident reporting

    3. Penalty points are issued by judges basing on the verdict and penalties table.
    4. Penalty points are deducted from a player's score for a specific race.
  11. General classification
    1. The winner of the event is the driver with the most points after two races and penalty points applied. In the event of a tie, winner is decided by the most wins (if there is a tie, the player with the most runners-up, etc.)
    2. All races will be included in the general classification.
    3. The same rules apply to the team classification.
  12. Other
