  1. Organizer
    1. The league is organized by Simrace.pl in cooperation with GT Sim Race.
    2. The organizer uses the Assetto Corsa Competizione server to conduct the races and relies on this software for running sessions. In particular, this applies to: calculating cuts, checking speed in Pit Lane, DT and Stop and Go penalties, session results, placing vehicles on the grid, etc.
    3. The organizer is not responsible for any errors in the game or a possible disconnection of the user from the session, as well as the unavailability of the lobby servers.
    4. The organizer is a non-profit organization, or rather a group of enthusiasts who devote their time, and often money, to ensure that the website works efficiently, and the races and streams are at a high level.
    5. The donations are allocated to the maintenance of servers, and any surplus - if any - will be used for rewards.
    6. Any comments regarding a given league should be reported on the forum in the appropriate thread or the appropriate Discord channel.
  2. Participation
    1. Anyone with or without any experience in online racing can join the league.
    2. Participation in the league is free and donations are voluntary.
    3. By subscribing to the website and / or to the league, you consent to the processing of data in order to run the league and user statistics.
    4. To participate in the race, the following conditions must be met:
      • Safety Rating in ACC at least 50 (SA)
      • 2 track medals for the current round
      • presence confirmation for the current event on the website
    5. Players with 100ms + ping or unstable internet connection can be removed from the game server.
  3. Race calendar
    1. The race calendar is published on the website.
  4.  Cars
    1. There is only one car available for the whole season: BMW M4 2022 GT3
  5.  Teams
    1. The team may consist of up to 2 drivers.
    2. It is recommended that cars have the same livery and differ only in the side number.
    3. It is not recommended to create teams consisting of players with different SILVER/GOLD licenses, or TOP3 AM9 players with other SILVER players. Such teams will have points counted separately in the general classification.
  6.  Pre-qualifying
    1. Organizer does not require pre-qualifying for this season. Split assignment will be based on registration, GOLD/SILVER license and ELO points..
    2. Being assigned to splits during the season does not guarantee starting in races. Participation in the race depends on the number of registered drivers for a given round.
    3. The organizer reserves the right to increase the limit of places on the server and to add and remove players from the split in justified cases.
  7. Racing weekend
    1. Free practice
      1. The practice session starts approximately one hour before the race, according to the time indicated on the website for the session.
      2. This session is to test connectivity and track conditions. It is recommended that the player connects to the server during the training session in order to avoid any interruption for other drivers during the qualifying session.
      3. The organizer reserves the right to restart the server during the training session if there is a configuration error or the competitor reports an error, no later than 15 minutes before the end of the session.
      4. The organizer does not guarantee that the problem will be solved if it occurs for reasons beyond the control (e.g. game bug, problem with the lobby server) or is reported at the last minute
    2. Qualifying
      1. The qualifying session duration is set to 15 minutes . A lap started before session time has elapsed may be completed by the driver.
      2. An outlap during the qualifying session has to be taken with proper following distance to the preceding car. The distance should be sufficient so that both drivers can make the qualify lap without disturbing each other.
      3. Using the "return to garage" option is allowed when in the pits and on the track. The driver can join the session again with respect to other drivers.
      4. Overtaking during qualifying is only allowed if the driver ahead makes a mistake or is much slower. If the driver's pace is similar, and you catch up with him when cornering, it means that you have not enough space. Give it up and give yourself and him the opportunity to do a good qualifying lap. Overtaking during qualifying, especially on the out lap, where the competitor in front leaves the space or hindering others from driving may result in a penalty in accordance with the penalty table.
    3. Race
      1. The start of the race is preceded by a full forming lap according to the widget in the game.
      2. A pit stop is not required, except for the third and final races, where a tire change is required.
      3. The use of the "return to garage" option and re-entry to the track is allowed in case of damage to the car. The game imposes a time penalty (controls locked) so that there is no possibility of any gain by doing so.
      4. Race start is preceded with full formation lap. The competitor is obliged to maintain the position behind the preceding car in one or two lines according to the widget in the game until green flag will announce the start of the race.
    4. Pitting
      1. The driver driving or out of the pitlane is forbidden from crossing the solid white line at the pit entry. This also applies to the drivers around the pit exit, when another car is exiting the pit lane.
      2. Depending on the type of the ongoing session the drivers are to take the following precautions and/or are required to:
        1. Free practice and qualifying - the driver exiting the pit lane should let the car on a hotlap by. The driver should adjust his pit exit speed so as to not interfere, and especially not collide with the driver that is currently on a hotlap, who in this case has the right of way. Interfering drivers that are on the hotlap (indicated by blue flags) can result in a penalty.
        2. Race - the driver exiting the pit lane has the right of way and does not have to let by the cars that are on the track - if he isn't a part of lapped traffic (does not apply to drivers of cars of different classes). The driver on the track has to adjust his speed so as to not collide with the driver exiting the pit lane.
  8. Scoring
    1. For each race, the driver receives an appropriate number of points depending on the position at the finish line. Results will be published on the website.
    2. Additional 2 points receives the driver who won Qualifying and starts from Pole Position.
    3. Additional 2 points receives the driver with best lap in race, when he/she will finish in top ten.
    4. In order to be classified in race and receive points, the driver must complete at least 75% of the laps made by the leader.

    3. Lack of participation in a race causes the ballast to be reduced by 20kg.
    4. Weight penalties from all races are added up to 40kg.
    5. Weight penalties are applied for all the sessions in any given race weekend.
    6. Weight penalties will apply in SPLIT 1 only.
  10. Incident reporting
    1. A link to the official replay will be published on the website after each race.
    2. Incidents can be reported with use of the form available on the website up to 48 hours after the end of the race.

    7. The driver who, despite qualifying and marking his presence, will not show up for the race will receive 3 penalty points. In justified cases, if the driver informs the organizer about the reason for the absence, the judges may refrain from imposing the penalty.
    8. Point thresholds are introduced for drivers who in the season will exceed the following total number of penalty points:
      1. 20 pp - driver skips the qualifying session in the next round after the race in which the driver exceeded the threshold
      2. 40 pp - driver skips the next race
      3. 60 pp - driver is not allowed to participation in the next rounds until the end of the season
    9. Driver who despite the prohibition will participate in Qualifying or Race will be disqualified from the race and the penalty will apply to the next round.
