1.     Organizer

  1. The league is organized by Simrace.pl.
  2. The organizer uses the Assetto Corsa Competizione server to conduct the races and relies on this software for running sessions. In particular, this applies to: calculating cuts, checking speed in Pit Lane, DT and Stop and Go penalties, session results, placing vehicles on the grid, etc.
  3. The organizer is not responsible for any errors in the game or a possible disconnection of the user from the session, as well as the unavailability of the lobby servers.
  4. The organizer is a non-profit organization, or rather a group of enthusiasts who devote their time, and often money, to ensure that the website works efficiently, and the races and streams are at a high level.
  5. The donations are allocated to the maintenance of servers, and any surplus - if any - will be used for rewards.
  6. Any comments regarding a given league should be reported on the forum in the appropriate thread or the appropriate Discord channel.

 2.     Participation

  1. Anyone with experience in online racing can join the league.
  2. Participation in the league is free and donations are voluntary.
  3. By subscribing to the website and the event you consent to the processing of data in order to run the league and user statistics.
  4. To participate in the race, the following conditions must be met:
  • have a Safety Rating in ACC of at least 70 (SA)
  • have 3 track medals for the current round
  • do 10 clean laps on the pre-qualifying server
  • confirm your presence on the website for the current event

     5. Players with 150ms + ping or unstable internet connection can be removed from the game server.

 3.     Cars

  1. There are GT3 and GT4 cars to choose from, excluding cup cars.
  2. Balance of Performance (BoP) applies for the 2020 season.
  3. GT3 class cars are intended for more experienced drivers, therefore there is a time limit of 103% of the reference time. This means that in order to qualify for GT3 race, a team must complete an average lap time within 103% of that time.
  4. The reference time for the race is 1:59.382. To qualify for GT3 class, team average lap time must be under 2:02.963. Teams who do not meet the 103% reference time limit may switch to GT4 and must complete the required 10 laps to compete.
  5. The car can be changed on the website until the end of pre-qualifying by owner of the team on event site.
  6. Server can contain 20 GT3 cars and 20 GT4 cars. The organizer reserves the right to change these proportions depending on the interest in selected classes. The decision in this matter is at the sole discretion of the organizer.

 4.     Teams

  1. The team may consist of up to 2 drivers.
  2. Team members must change during the race up to total driver time.

 5.     Pre-qualifying

  1. Before the race, the organizer will provide a pre-qualifying server, where each driver wishing to take part in the race is required to make a certain number of correct laps.
  2. The correct laps are saved to the database for each driver and for each car. The pre-qualifying results page shows the competitor's best lap time and the number of laps for the selected car. If the car is changed on the website, the results for the newly selected car will be displayed after refreshing.
  3. Out laps, in laps and those where the server reported off-track are not valid and not saved in the database.
  4. Laps made before the start and after the end of pre-qualifying dates are not included in the results.
  5. The entry list for a given round is created automatically from the results of the pre-qualifying, based on the best lap, the number of laps and presence status. It is the responsibility of the competitor to meet the qualification conditions for the event and any requests to be added to the list will be rejected.
  6. In case of a shortage of drivers in one of the classes, the list will be completed with drivers of a different class up to the capacity limit on the server.

6.     Racing weekend

     1. Free practice

  • The practice session starts at 16:30 CET and lasts full 60 minutes.
  • This session is to test connectivity and track conditions. It is recommended that the player connects to the server during the training session in order to avoid any interruption for other drivers during the qualifying session and checked if the driver change working properly.
  • The organizer reserves the right to restart the server during the training session if there is a configuration error or the competitor reports an error, no later than 15 minutes before the end of the session.
  • The organizer does not guarantee that the problem will be solved if it occurs for reasons beyond the control (e.g. game bug, problem with the lobby server) or is reported at the last minute

     2. Qualifications

  • The qualifying session is divided into two parts. The first 15 minutes are for GT3 drivers, who can enter the track after the session starts and make laps until the countdown clock shows 15 minutes left. A lap started before 15 minutes has elapsed may be completed by the driver. GT4 drivers can enter the track when the clock shows 15 minutes until the end of the session and make laps until the end of the session. A lap started before the time expires also counts.
  • Departure for the qualifying session takes place with the space to the preceding car. The distance shall be such that both drivers can make the qualify lap without disturbing each other.
  • Using the "return to garage" option outside the pit lane ends the qualifying session for that competitor. The driver may use this option only when in the pit lane and in a situation when he does not intend to leave the pit anymore, eg after the GT3 session is over, the driver can pull over to the side and use the "return to garage" option. Re-entering the track after using this option will be penalized according to the penalty table, up to and including disqualification.
  • Overtaking during qualifying is only allowed if the driver ahead makes a mistake or is much slower. If the driver's pace is similar, and you catch up with him when cornering, it means that you have not enough space. Give it up and give yourself and him the opportunity to do a good qualify lap. Overtaking during qualifying, especially on the out lap, where the competitor in front leaves the space or hindering others from driving may result in a penalty in accordance with the penalty table.

    3. Race

  • The start of the race is preceded by a full forming lap according to the widget in the game.
  • Three pit stops are required during the race (no mandatory tire changes or refueling).
  • Maximum total driving time is 150 min and the duration of one stint - 75 min.
  • The use of the "return to garage" option and re-entry to the track is prohibited and results in disqualification.
  • Two races are held simultaneously on the track. GT3 drivers are racing against each other and GT4 drivers are also fighting for position. This means that a GT4 driver is not obliged to respect the blue flag when lapped by GT3 class car and does need to give his position. It is the responsibility of the driver of a faster car to find a space and perform the maneuver safely. A GT4 driver should not block a faster class driver, he may go wide or narrow in the corner or deviate from the optimal line in order to give way, but his maneuver must be predictable for drivers in his vicinity. In other words: if you don't know what to do - follow your optimal line.
  • Race start is preceded with full formation lap. The competitor is obliged to maintain the position behind the preceding car in one or two lines according to the widget in the game until green flag will announce the start of the race.

  1. For the event, the team receives an appropriate number of points depending on the position at the finish line. Results will be published on the website.
  2. Additional 2 points receives the team who won Qualifying and starts from Pole Position.
  3. Additional 2 points receives the team with best lap in race, if they will finish into the top ten.
  4. In order to be classified in race and receive points, the team must complete at least 80% of the laps made by the leader.

  1. Link to the official replay will be published on the website after each race.
